Committees

Southwest California Legislative Council
The Temecula Valley Chamber of Commerce has joined legislative efforts with the Murrieta and Lake Elsinore Chambers to serve as a regional business advocacy coalition. Representing 2,500 combined members and 20,000 employees, its mission is to provide a basis for the three chambers of commerce to act on local, state and federal issues, assisting in securing a favorable and profitable business climate for the region. The SWCLC believes that the business community must work together to properly identify, develop and educate policymakers who will work to improve our economy. The SWCLC has created an advocacy based website www.southwestadvocacy.biz, dedicated to interconnecting all functions of the program, tracking pertinent legislation that may impact the region. By accessing the site, members can track and take action on key issues. This committee meets the 3rd Monday of each month. Please call for the meeting location.
