Valley Young Professionals is a division of the Temecula Valley Chamber of Commerce. The group works to further members’ advancement through professional, civic and social events.

Number of members: 55

Club’s mission: A division of the Temecula Valley Chamber of Commerce, the group encourages advancement through professional, civic and social events. It aims to foster collaboration and inspire young professionals.

Area served: Temecula Valley and the Inland Empire

Meeting time and place: Social networking events are on the fourth Thursday of each month from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. at various locations. Committee meetings are each Thursday from 8 a.m. to 9 a.m. at the Temecula Valley Chamber of Commerce, 26790 Ynez Court, Temecula.

Current projects: A “Lunch and Learn” meeting is set for Thursday from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the Temecula Valley Chamber of Commerce. Reservations are required by Wednesday.

Notable accomplishments: The group has held social networking events, monthly speaking engagements and launched a new Web site.
