The Temecula Valley Chamber of Commerce offers Certificate of Origin service to all active Temecula Valley Chamber members and Non-Members. A document required by Exporters for import compliance stating "Origin" for importing country to calculate duty. The Exporter is legally responsible for the correct declaration.
